    How much does Premium Membership cost?


    The Premium Membership is available in two introductory packages of Rs. 599/- for a period of 6 months and Rs. 999/- for a period of 12 Months. Click here for complete information on the Premium Membership Pricing Plans.

    Can I sample Premium Membership on a trial basis before paying?

    Yes, all users who subscribe to Premium Membership get a FREE 15-Day Trial from the day they sign up. You only have to pay if you decide to continue your membership. Click here to sign up for a 15 day FREE trial.

    I live outside India. How can I purchase a Premium Membership subscription?

    Premium Membership is open to all users across the globe. 123India.com accepts payments in Indian Rupees and all foreign currencies. We also accept payments using credit cards as well as cheques & demand drafts. Click here for the complete list of Payment Options for International Users.

    Are there any extra charges per email or in terms of usage of my other Premium features?

    Your subscription amount includes comprehensive and unlimited usage of all your Premium features during the concerned period. There will be no additional charges in terms of usage of these features and any other features that we include in the premium package.

    Payments are accepted in the form of Credit Cards in either Indian or US currency online. We also have a tie-up with UTI Bank to collect cash & cheques in 42 cities across India.     What types of credit cards may be used to purchase a Premium subscription?

    We accept major Indian and International credit cards like Visa, Master Card and American Express Cards. Options for Citibank & Diners shall be available shortly. Click Here to see the complete list of Credit Card and other payment options.

    Can I purchase a Premium Membership subscription by check or Demand Draft if I live outside India?

    Yes, you can pay using a check or Demand Draft in Indian or foreign currency. Please send us your Check / Demand Draft along with the subscription form [available in your "My Account" page or Here ] to our office directly [One Two Three India Com Ltd., Plot No.114, Building No.2, 2nd Floor, Magus Estates & Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Compound, Dr. E. Moses Road, Worli, Mumbai-400018, India.]. The amount should be US$ 11.99 / US$ 19.99 depending on your package. If you would like a rate card for any other currency, please send us an Email. We will activate your subscription when we receive your check or Demand Draft and notify you by e-mail when this occurs

    Can I purchase a Premium Membership subscription with cash?

    Yes, you can pay by cash at designated UTI branches in over 42 locations across India. Click here to see a complete list of UTI branches where payments are accepted.     If I live outside India, will my payment be adjusted for the difference in currency or figured at the Indian Rupee rate?

    If you are paying in foreign currency using a credit card, the charge will be equivalent to Rs. 599 or Rs. 999 depending on the package you have chosen, after adjusting for currency conversion. If you pay by cheque / Demand Draft, the charge will be in your local currency not subject to currency conversion. Click here for Dollar currency conversion rates.     Can I pay on a monthly basis?

    The premium membership is available currently only in a 6-month & a 12-month package. A monthly payment option is not available currently. However you can avail of the six-month Premium Package, at the special discounted rate. Click here to see the Premium Pricing Plans.

    Where do I send my Check or Demand Draft?


    You can deposit Cheques, Cash & Demand Drafts at designated UTI Bank branches in over 42 locations across India. Click here to see a complete list of UTI branches where payments are accepted.     When will my account get activated?

    Your 15-Day Free Trial account starts immediately when you sign up. Your premium membership is activated as soon as we receive your payment. Credit Cards are processed instantly and your accounts page will reflect the same within the same day. Cash, Cheques & Demand drafts are credited to your account as soon as we receive them. We shall notify you by email on the status of your payment.

    How will I know that you have received my payment?

    Once we receive the payment from your end, we will send you an e-mail confirming the same. It will also be indicated on the My Account section of your Premium Page.

    I have already sent my payment, why has my account been deactivated?

    Please send your payment details to premium@corp.123india.com along with your Cheque/Demand Draft details and we will revert back to you immediately.

    I'm nervous about sending my credit card details on the Internet-how secure is it?


    We adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your personal information and your credit card details are protected.

    All your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet. This guarantees that your information is inaccessible to any third party. We use industry-standard SSL (Standard Sockets Layer) Technology, which is used worldwide, for this data encryption.     What do I do if I don't have a credit card?
